We have had numerous problems over the last 24 months trying to get our Effluent Plant to run properly without constant supervision.

I called Aguachem as i had been given their name by a colleague.

They spent 2 days on site at their own expense tweaking pumps etc.

I now buy 1 load of Ferric every other month and some caustic, the plant almost runs itself and we have saved £ 37.00 per tonne on the Ferric and approximately £ 8000 per annum on C.O.D charges.

We primarily use caustic for ph correction in our effluent plant, whilst we don’t use huge amounts of caustic we felt we where paying over the odds, I contacted Aguachem via there website after a recommendation from another supplier and they arranged a prompt visit.

I have since been purchasing all of our chemicals direct from them as there prices are unbeatable, the service they offer is second to none and its good to know that if we get a problem with our effluent plant like we did back in February there expertise is always at hand to solve any issues.
